Register as a user
Registering as a user is free and can be done both at the library and online.
At the library
- Bring with you a valid photo ID: a passport, ID card, or student card.
- Visit our service point at Narva mnt or Solaris Shopping Centre.
Online
- In order to register online, you need to have an ID card, mobile ID or SMART-ID.
Registering a reader under the age of 18
A reader under the age of 18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian to use the services of RaRa, which can be provided during online registration. A parent or guardian can also register a minor as a library user.
