The Reading Room serves the staff of the Riigikogu, the Chancellery of the Riigikogu and other state institutions, as well as the readers of the National Library of Estonia.

In the Parliament Reading Room you will find publications, e-books and reference works in the fields of lawmaking and public administration. You can read Estonian and foreign newspapers, magazines and e-publications.
