The Tower Hall is located on the eighth floor of the building and offers a spacious and versatile environment for various events. The total area of the hall is 246 m², complemented by four backstage rooms and a 123 m² gallery area, allowing for flexible event solutions.

The eighth floor is easily accessible by elevator, located in the foyer of the National Library of Estonia near the main entrance. The eighth and seventh floors are connected areas and can be rented together for events.

Price:
€120/hour
VAT will be added to the price.
The price includes general lighting, projector, sound system, and handheld microphone.

Additional information:
For events taking place in 2026, furniture and catering must be ordered separately.
During events, a security service must be ordered at the client’s expense.
Minimum rental period is 4 hours. For additional technical equipment rental, please request a quote.
