Rahvusraamatukogu kogub desinformatsiooni ja infomanipulatsioonide alast kirjandust. Samuti vahendame Eesti teadlaste ja ekspertide poolt läbi viidud uuringuid ja analüüse. Teemad, mille kohta siit lehelt materjali võib leida, on järgmised: desinformatsioon, väärinfo, infomanipulatsioonid, inforünnakud, infooperatsioonid, infosõjad, propaganda, valeuudised, psühholoogiline sõda, vandenõuteooriad jne. Samuti oleme koostanud meediapädevuse kaardimängu Trollist targem. Seda mängides õpivad osalejad lõbusas vormis märkama ja kriitiliselt hindama lühiuudiseid; otsustama, kas mõni fakt vastab tõele; veebis korrektselt käituma, et mitte saada internetitrolli ohvriks; asjakohaselt kasutama uut eestikeelset meediasõnavara. Rahvusraamatukogu meediapädevuse spetsialist Kateryna Botnar tuleb meelsasti raamatukoguhoidjatele appi ja pakuvad poolepäevast meediapädevuse seminari, kus käsitleme järgmisi teemasid:
* uudise kriteeriumid;
* kodanikuajakirjandus;
* kuulujutu tekkimine;
* populism ja propaganda;
* süvavõltsing ehk deep fake;
* usaldusväärse info tunnused;
* Ukrainaga seotud usaldusväärsed meediaväljaanded.Kõik seminaril osalenud saavad ka ametliku tõendi.
